TUNCAY KILIÇ HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER OF LOJIMAX DESIGN RADIATORS INC.

TUNCAY KILIÇ HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER OF LOJIMAX DESIGN RADIATORS INC.

Celebrating its 17th year in the industry, Lojimax Design Radiators Inc., which has become a prominent manufacturer and brand in the field of aluminum designer radiators and towel warmers in both Turkey and Europe, has appointed Tuncay KILIÇ as its new General Manager.

Tuncay KILIÇ assumed his new position as of April 2, 2025. He is a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. Mr. Kılıç has held senior executive roles in the banking and finance sectors and has achieved significant success throughout his career. Following 12 years of experience in the banking sector, including positions such as Inspector, Branch Manager, and Regional Director, he served in executive roles for 14 years in production-focused companies such as Sabancı Holding and Germany-based EWE Holding. During his tenure, he played an active role in implementing new projects aligned with the long-term goals of the companies and in managing strategic change and transformation processes.

Kılıç stated that the heating sector represents a new journey and success story for him. Emphasizing the importance of every manufacturing and exporting company for the future of the country, he pointed out that the Lojimax family currently exports approximately 85% of its production. He also highlighted the strategic significance of last year’s investment in Germany, with the establishment of Alrad Design Heizkörper Systems GmbH and its warehouse, which enabled Lojimax-branded products to reach European consumers. This, he said, marks an important step towards global brand recognition.

He further noted that ALRAD companies will begin offering commercial products in addition to Lojimax’s own product line and that they are open to commercial partnerships with any local manufacturer capable of producing at European standards but has not yet penetrated these markets.

Acknowledging the growing tensions and tariff wars among the United States, China, and Europe in the global market, he expressed his belief that these dynamics will favor Turkish manufacturers. He added that feasibility studies for a potential investment in the United States have nearly been completed.

Regarding the domestic market, Kılıç shared expectations that the sharp contraction in the construction sector will begin to recover in the second half of the year. He mentioned that they are closely monitoring both TOKİ (the Housing Development Administration of Turkey) and private construction companies and that they are in the process of advancing their dealership network to a new level.
